Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 4 lg Yukon Potatoes boiled.
  2. 1/2 c lite mayo.
  3. 1/2 c lite sourcream.
  4. 1 tbl brown mustard.
  5. 2 celery stalks cut into pieces.
  6. 1 med sweet onion cut finely.
  7. 1/2 tsp sea salt.
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  9. 1/4 c relish.
  10. Combine ingredients, mash with fork leaving chunky pieces. Tweek ingredients to your likeing.
