Simple Sesame Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coarsely ground korean chile (gochugaru)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup slive red red onion

Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add lettuce and onion; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
