Ingredients:

  • turkish bread or pitta's or focaccia
  • mix well
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tblsp lemon water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dill leaf , choped
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tblsp choped red paprika
  • 1 tblsp choped petersely

Directions:

  1. Slit the bread into two. Rub with cheesy mix, then add smoke salmon, lettuce, and onion..
  2. Walah.. It's done
