it's a result from my 'peeping' activity in my wife's kitchen Ingredients:
turkish bread or pitta's or focaccia |
10 ounce smoke salmon |
1 onion, sliced |
lettuce leaf |
mix well |
1 tblsp olive oil |
1 tspn sugar |
1 tblsp lemon water |
1 tspn salt |
1 tspn dill leaf, choped |
1 tspn lemon peel |
1/2 tspn black pepper |
5 ounce sour cream |
5 ounce cheese cream |
2 red tomatoes, chopped |
2 tblsp choped red paprika |
1 tblsp choped petersely |
Directions:
1. Slit the bread into two. Rub with cheesy mix, then add smoke salmon, lettuce, and onion.. 2. Walah.. It's done |
