Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded zucchini

Directions:

  1. Spray pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cook turkey, onion, peppers and garlic until brown.
  3. Drain on paper towel.
  4. Return to skillet and add rest of ingredients and cook about 10 minutes.
  5. Serve on buns.
