Simple Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can of sliced peaches , with juice
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of margarine
  • 1 tsp of vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a suitably sized casserole dish, melt the margarine (you can do this in the oven).
  2. While the marge is melting, mix together the self-raising flour, sugar, milk and vanilla; stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove the casserole from the oven and pour the flour mixture over top of the melted margarine.
  4. Pour the sliced peaches over the top of this and return to the oven. Bake at 400°F until golden brown
