Ingredients:

  • 100 g corn chips (i use lightly salted dorritos)
  • 6 tbsp salsa (approx )
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (or a cheese that melts nicely)

Directions:

  1. Place corn chips on a microwavable bowl.
  2. Spoon salsa onto them.
  3. Top with grated cheese.
  4. Heat in microwave until cheese has melted.
