Directions:

  1. Cook the rice and carrots... I have used minute rice..
  2. Blend flour and the broth with wisk in saucepan
  3. Heat stirring often until thickened
  4. Add cream to disired consistency.
  5. Add rest of ingredents stir
  6. Add seasonings and let simmer on VERY low for about 5 minutes
  7. I can't remember where I got this recipe... been making it for a few years now.
