Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In skillet fry strips of bacon until crisp , set aside and let cool .
  2. Cut pineapple into small cubes .
  3. Cut avacados in half lengthwise and seperate . remove pit from center .
  4. Once bacon has cooled , crumble into small bits .
  5. With a teaspoon - put a small dollop of plain greek yogurt into each halve of avacado.
  6. Top with pineapple and bacon pieces .
  7. Note ; bacon and pineapple can be mixed into yogurt before adding to avacado halves - also , any apple -cubed works as well in place of pineapple .
