Simple Avacado Side

Easy delicious side dish or snack - or could even be an appetizer !!!
Ingredients:
2 hass avacados
2-4 strips bacon
plain greek yogurt
fresh or canned pineapple
Directions:
1. In skillet fry strips of bacon until crisp , set aside and let cool .
2. cut pineapple into small cubes .
3. cut avacados in half lengthwise and seperate . remove pit from center .
4. once bacon has cooled , crumble into small bits .
5. with a teaspoon - put a small dollop of plain greek yogurt into each halve of avacado.
6. top with pineapple and bacon pieces .
7. note ; bacon and pineapple can be mixed into yogurt before adding to avacado halves - also , any apple -cubed works as well in place of pineapple .
