Shrimp With Sweet Mango Fiery Sauce

  1. In a medium glass bowl mix the mangoes, pineapple, onion, cilantro and chopped bell pepper with the adobe sauce from the 7 oz can of chipotle. When mixed place in blender until pureed. Let it set in the frig covered for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet. Put in the garlic and shrimp, do not burn the garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Turn the shrimp over and add the basil and juice from the lime. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and cook just to heat the sauce. Serve.
