Shrimp Linguini With Mozzarella

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook linguine.
  2. Sauté onion in oil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic sauté 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, and thyme.
  5. Cook 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Stir in shrimp.
  7. Cook additional 6 minutes.
  8. Spoon over linguine and top with crumbled mozzarella (can use feta or parmesan).
