Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Chop the shrimp and chestnuts.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls.
  3. Fry in hot oil until brown.
  4. Serve with duck sauce.
