1 lb shrimp |
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts |
1/2 cup flour |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Chop the shrimp and chestnuts. 2. Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. 3. Fry in hot oil until brown. 4. Serve with duck sauce. |
