Shepherd's Pie with Ground Turkey and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown turkey in skillet until cooked through.
  2. Add all ingredients but potatoes and let simmer. Stop before vegetables get too soft.
  3. Mix the mushroom gravy in a separate container and keep to side until next step(OPTIONAL).
  4. Put into an 8x13 pan, cover with gravy (optional) and potatoes. Spread evenly throughout pan.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes until potatoes are golden brown.
  6. DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE GRAVY INTO THE CALORIE COUNT SEPARATE!
