Sesame Seed Potato Puffs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes.
  2. Boil until soft; drain and mash.
  3. Heat milk, butter, salt and sugar together.
  4. Gradually whip in until potatoes are smooth and fluffy.
  5. Add cheese and egg yolks and chill.
  6. Form into balls.
  7. Roll in mixture of cornflakes and sesame seeds.
  8. Can serve, or freeze and package.
  9. To serve:.
  10. Place frozen puffs on baking sheet.
  11. Brush lightly with melted butter.
  12. Bake in hot oven at 4008 for 20 minutes for small puffs, 30 minutes for medium puffs.
