Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  2. Add the garlic and saute for a couple of minutes
  3. Add the spinach and cover
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, then stir
  5. Cook another 5 minutes; remove from heat
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve
