fresh garlic instead of garlic salt. Even the kids will like this one. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 10 oz bag of baby spinach |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2. Add the garlic and saute for a couple of minutes 3. Add the spinach and cover 4. Cook for 5 minutes, then stir 5. Cook another 5 minutes; remove from heat 6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve |
