Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. In large 9 x 13 pan, put sausage (I cut each link into 3 pieces) in pan
  3. Put all the veggies on top
  4. Put all seasoning and cheese in pan
  5. Toss to mix with veggies
  6. Add salad dressing and mix up a little
  7. Drizzle olive oil over top (if you feel you need more oil, add but do not add too much as the sausage will release oil too and you don't want to have it floating in oil)
  8. Cover with foil for the first 20 minues
  9. Remove foil and continue cooking
  10. Periodically toss the meat & veggies together to incorporate taste
  11. Serve with pasta or hot Italian bread
