Sauerkrautsalat Mit Schinken (Saurkraut Salad)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 1/2 lb blue grapes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Rinse and drain sauerkraut; chop coarsely.
  2. Wash grapes and cut in half, remove seeds if desired.
  3. Cut ham in julienne strips.
  4. Gently mix these 3 ingredients.
  5. Blend dressing ingredients and stir into sauerkraut mixture.
  6. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  7. Adjust seasoning before serving, if necessary.
