Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery rib
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp tabasco sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook beef and onion in 10 inches skillet over medium heat stirring occasionally until beef is brown; drain.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat 10 - 15 minutes or just until veggies are tender.
