Ingredients:

  • 6 plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lime , juice of
  • 1/2 lime , zest of
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, bell pepper, cilantro, and mince garlic.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
