Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. 2. Refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors blend, but really is great right from the get-go.
