From the child's section of the newspaper, a super easy hummus dip that whips up in minutes. Ingredients:
2 cups canned chick-peas |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon tahini |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor. 2. 2. Refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors blend, but really is great right from the get-go. |
