Roasted Red Bell Papper And Bacon Pinwheels

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon until crisp, about 5 minutes, and crumble.
  2. Add onion and garlic to bacon; sauté one minute.
  3. Drain and reserve bacon and onion mixture.
  4. Add red bell pepper, cream cheese,
  5. Cheddar cheese, oregano and salt to bacon and onion mixture; put in a food processor.
  6. Pulse to blend.
  7. Spread blended cheese and bacon mixture over one side of each tortilla and roll up.
  8. Cut each rolled tortilla into 1/2-inch slices.
  9. Serve with a side of sliced jalapeño peppers.
