Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tlbs. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanila
  • 1 tlb cinnamon
  • 2tlb sugar

Directions:

  1. Prepare cake as directed on box
  2. Mix ricotta,eggs,sugar, and vanilla
  3. Grease and line with wax paper a 9x13 pan
  4. Pour cake mix into pan
  5. Then pour cheese mixture on top
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon sprinkle on top (more or less maybe used )
  7. Bake 350 degress for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool
  9. Invert onto serving dish
  10. Take off wax paper
  11. Enjoy
