This cake is an easy version of a ricotta pie. I've brought this to my family and friends homes for many different occasions. Someone always ask for the recipe. Enjoy!! Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix |
2lbs. ricotta cheese |
3 eggs |
4 tlbs. sugar |
1 tsp. vanila |
1 tlb cinnamon |
2tlb sugar |
Directions:
1. Prepare cake as directed on box
2. mix ricotta,eggs,sugar, and vanilla
3. grease and line with wax paper a 9x13 pan
4. pour cake mix into pan
5. then pour cheese mixture on top
6. mix sugar and cinnamon sprinkle on top (more or less maybe used )
7. bake 350 degress for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
8. cool
9. invert onto serving dish
10. take off wax paper
11. enjoy
