Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line a 1 1/2 lb loaf pan with a sheet of foil
  2. Using a sharp knife, roughly chop the almonds
  3. In a heavy-based saucepan place the chocolate, butter, milk & cinnamon & heat gently over low heat for about 3 - 4 mins, stirring with a wooden spoon until the chocolate & butter has melted
  4. Beat well until the mixture is smooth
  5. Stir in the almonds, cookies & apricots & mix well
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan & level evenly
  7. Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour or until set
  8. Cut into slices to serve
