Red Lentils Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups red lentils
  • 4 cups water
  • 150 g can
  • 1 tbsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Soak the lentils for 2 hours
  2. Put on stove and bring to boil
  3. Place all vegetables in food processor
  4. Add them to the lentils as well as the cumin and simmer for 20-30 minutes
