red lentils and veggies Ingredients:
2 cups red lentils |
4 cups water |
1/3 cup green capsicum |
1 stalk celery |
1 onion |
2 carrots |
150 g can |
1 tbsp cumin |
Directions:
1. soak the lentils for 2 hours 2. put on stove and bring to boil 3. place all vegetables in food processor 4. add them to the lentils as well as the cumin and simmer for 20-30 minutes |
