Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz) package mixed baby greens

Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
  2. Pour dressing over lettuce; toss gently to coat.
  3. Top with raspberries.
