Raspberries and Blueberries With Honey Zabaglione

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl over hot water for 10 minutes or until thick.
  2. Pour over desired fruit. I had this with Raspberries and Blueberries. How much of these are up to you.
  3. ** If mixture is too hot it will curdle.
  4. You can also add some more yogurt as a little extra.
  5. Enjoy!
