Directions:

  1. Put potatoes in water in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender, drain.
  3. Return potatoes to saucepan, mash.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
