I found this recipe in a cookbook I got from the second hand store. Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed |
ranch dressing mix |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
2 slices cooked bacon, crisp |
1/4 cup shredded onion |
Directions:
1. Put potatoes in water in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender, drain. 3. Return potatoes to saucepan, mash. 4. Stir in remaining ingredients. |
