  • 100 g quorn pieces
  • 1/2 large leek
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Stir Fry ingredients in pan with olive oil, season with lemon juice, soy sauce and parsley
