Quick Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies W/O Chocolate Chips :)

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine unsifted flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth with electric mixer. Drop by scoopfuls on full sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes or until light brown on the edges and still very soft in the middle of each cookie. Remove to cooling rack.
