Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  2. Mix in brown sugar, oats, and chocolate chips.
  3. Combine eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Stir into chocolate chip mixture.
  5. Press into an ungreased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Cool slightly before cutting.
