Quick and Easy Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta with 2 cloves of smashed garlic in salted water.
  2. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.
  3. Toss together veggies, dressing, and cheese.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Let sit in refergerator for 2 hours prior to serving.
  6. The longer it sits the better it is.
  7. I added about 1/4 cup dressing and 1/8 cup cheese.
  8. You could add more or less depending on your taste.
