Ingredients:

  • pumpkin streusel snack cake
  • 1/2 cup. bisquick
  • 1/2 cup. brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 1/2 cup. bisquick
  • 1 cup. brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temp
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. confectioners' sugar
  • preheat oven to 350* f. spray 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
  • streusel : combine dry ingredients; stir in melted butter.
  • cake : combine dry ingredients; add pumpkin; beat on medium for 3 minutes. spread in prepared pan. bake 30 to 35 minutes or until tests done. cool in pan completely. cut into bars; dust tops with confectioners' sugar.
