Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Simply mix ingredients together and cook up like a pancake.
  2. Toppings will add calories but some great ones include: unsweetened applesauce, fruit butters with no added sugar, mashed up banana, sugar-free syrup or jam, peanut or almond butter
