Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-oz.) can solid packed pumpkin
  • 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 package. (18 1/4-oz.) yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2-in. baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with butter.
  4. Top with walnuts.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping
