Pumpkin Bread from a Cake Mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can solid pack pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Beat for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into pans and bake for an hour or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
