Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients together, do not over mix.
  2. Put in two greased loaf pans.
  3. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
