Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place pork butt in crock pot.
  2. Mix and stir next 7 ingredients in pan. Pour over pork butt.
  3. Put lid on crock pot, cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  4. Remove pork butt, put on cutting board, tent loosely w/aluminum foil.
  5. Put liquid from crock pot into pan, heat to a boil.
  6. Mix cornstarch & water, stir into liquid, stirring constantly, until liquid thickens.
  7. Remove pan from heat.
  8. Pull apart pork butt with 2 forks, return to crock pot.
  9. Add desired amount of liquid (now called BBQ sauce) to crock pot.Toss to coat.
  10. Lightly toast buns (if desired).
  11. Place heaping amount of pulled pork on buns, add BBQ sauce.
  12. Top with cole slaw.
  13. ENJOY!
