Potatao Wedges With Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Crush garlic and half of sea salt together and then mix with oil.
  2. Peel potato, halve it along long side, lay flat on chopping board and cut into 4 long wedges.
  3. Pat potato dry and coat it with the oil, garlic and salt mixture.
  4. Place on a non-stick baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining salt, place in preheated oven at gas 7, 220C, 450°F Check and turn after 25 minute, should be crisp and delicious after 35 - 40 minutes.
