Sweet Potato and Rosemary

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425’.
  2. Clean and cut each sweet potato into 8 wedges.
  3. Place the sweet potato wedges in a larger zip lock bag.
  4. Add the rosemary, olive oil, and salt.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Take out of bag and lay out on a cooking sheet.
  7. Bake around 20-30 minutes, or until done… turning once.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes eat and enjoy!
