Ingredients:

  • 4 lb shoulder
  • 1 onion large
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 3 sprig thyme
  • 2 bayleafs

Directions:

  1. Flour to coat meat, salt (kosher) and pepper.
  2. Add all above into dutch oven and cover. Put into pre-heated 350 oven. Cook for 2 1/2 hours, remove lid after 1 1/2 hours.
