4 pound(s) shoulder
3 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
1 onion large
5 clove(s) garlic
1 can(s) peeled plum tomatoes whole 15 oz
1/2 cup(s) red wine
2 cup(s) beef broth
3 sprig(s) thyme
2 bayleafs
Directions:
1. Flour to coat meat, salt (kosher) and pepper.
2. Add all above into dutch oven and cover. Put into pre-heated 350 oven. Cook for 2 1/2 hours, remove lid after 1 1/2 hours.
