1 can(s) peeled plum tomatoes whole 15 oz |

2 cup(s) beef broth |

Directions:
1. Flour to coat meat, salt (kosher) and pepper. 2. Add all above into dutch oven and cover. Put into pre-heated 350 oven. Cook for 2 1/2 hours, remove lid after 1 1/2 hours. |
