Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut pork tenderloin into 1/2 inch slices and 1 inch strips.
  2. Heat chicken broth in skillet and add 3 cloves of chopped garlic.
  3. Saute for a few minutes and then add pork strips.
  4. Cook on low until pork is cooked.
  5. Add broccoli and mushrooms.
  6. Make sauce.
  7. SAUCE: Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, oil, rice vinegar, ginger, 2 cloves of crushed garlic until smooth.
  8. Pour over pork and broccoli mixture.
  9. Cook until heated.
  10. Cook noodles as directed and drain.
  11. Serve pork and broccoli on top of drained noodles.
  12. Enjoy!
