Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim pork and cut meat into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, onion, garlic, lime juice, brown sugar, hot sauce and oil. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add pork and toss to coat. Marinate 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. Thread 3 pieces pork onto each skewer.
  5. Broil satays 4 inches from heat, turning occasionally, until nicely browned outside, 8-10 minutes.
